Job Summary
Senior Oncology Account Specialist (Hematology) role focused on promoting Pfizer oncology therapies to healthcare providers, educating on appropriate product use, and calling on accounts to improve patient care. You’ll link account insights with Pfizer resources, build relationships with institutions and key opinion leaders, develop territory/account plans, and drive demand across assigned markets. Strong communication of technical and scientific information, ability to navigate a matrix organization, and proficiency with digital tools are essential. Domestic travel required; multiple U.S. locations included in posting.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- Minimum of 4 years of previous Pharmaceutical Sales experience or minimum of 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a wide range of customers
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Proficiency using complex digital applications and adapt to Pfizer’s technology model
