Job Summary
Drive territory growth by effectively marketing Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio and exceeding assigned goals through strategic account management and integrated initiatives. Partner with key internal stakeholders to remove barriers to care, ensuring eligible patients receive timely access to approved therapies while developing patient-oriented solutions that generate sustainable value. Utilize omnichannel approaches to engage targets via call optimization and resource utilization, adapting messaging to maximize audience engagement across digital and live channels. Manage territory resources and budgets effectively while maintaining strict compliance with all laws and policies.
Required Qualifications
- MA/MS/BA/BS degree
- at least 10 years of biopharma industry experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must permanently reside in the territory for which they are accountable
- Ability to meet territorial travel requirements
- Ability to travel to meetings/training/programs, as necessary
- Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative & cross-functional working environments
- Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to set priorities and work towards tight timelines with a willingness to travel, mainly within Switzerland, approx. 60 % to 70 % of time
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Preferably 5+ years prior experience in oncology product sales in Switzerland
- Proven track record of product launch success in the oncology therapeutic space
- Demonstrated success operating in small/midsize biotechnology environments
- Preferably experience in the GI and/or NSCLC oncology space
- Other relevant experience (e.g., sales operations, market research, market access, etc.)
