Job Summary

Drive direct promotion of Revolution Medicines' RAS(ON) inhibitor portfolio in Austria by exceeding assigned goals through strategic account management and integrated initiatives. Partner with key stakeholders in the oncology care ecosystem to improve patient access, while collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to remove barriers to care. Analyze market data to develop and execute business plans utilizing omnichannel approaches, ensuring compliant, ethical representation of RevMed's brands across digital and live touchpoints. Manage territory resources and budgets effectively, leveraging scientific understanding of disease states and competitor offerings to articulate value to decision-makers. Operate primarily within Austria with 60% to 70% travel, embodying corporate values to cultivate an energized team culture focused on patient impact.

Required Qualifications

  • MA/MS/BA/BS degree
  • at least 10 years of biopharma industry experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must permanently reside in the territory for which they are accountable
  • Ability to meet territorial travel requirements
  • Ability to travel to meetings/training/programs, as necessary
  • Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative & cross-functional working environments
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to set priorities and work towards tight timelines with a willingness to travel, mainly within Austria, approx. 60 % to 70 % of time
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferably 5+ years prior experience in oncology product sales in Austria
  • Proven track record of product launch success in the oncology therapeutic space
  • Demonstrated success operating in small/midsize biotechnology environments
  • Preferably experience in the GI and/or NSCLC oncology space
  • Strong organization, planning, project management, technical and analytical skills
  • Flexible team member who can handle ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-growing organization
  • able to operate within agreed financial budgets
  • Other relevant experience (e.g., sales operations, market research, market access, etc.)
