Job Summary
Senior Onboarding Specialist focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms, responsible for leading virtual 1:1 and group onboarding engagements, guiding customers through initial value realization, designing tailored Success Paths, and providing strategic recommendations. Must leverage strong consultative skills to uncover objectives and success metrics, build long-term customer relationships, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders from Administrators to C-suite. Emphasis on onboarding excellence, customer-centric approach, and ability to translate Salesforce capabilities into measurable business outcomes; prior experience with Marketing Cloud products (Engagement, Pardot/Account Engagement, Personalization, Datorama, Growth) and a solid foundation in CRM implementations preferred.
