Job Summary
Senior On Premise Market Execution Specialist responsible for driving local on-premise retail execution and aligning with ABP targets. Works with distributor management teams and Gold Network partners to develop and implement localized business plans, grow distribution, and optimize brand positioning at retail. Oversees strategic account development, integrates national and regional programs at the local level, and supports promotion activities and market initiatives to enhance market share. Requires travel (approximately 20-30%), strong collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in beverage/ malt beverage retail sales. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to drive, plan, and execute sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred)
- Complete understanding of the on-premise retail environment
- Working knowledge of the promotional marketing process
- Travel ability 20-30% of time (up to 5 hours drive)
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with owners/operators of accounts
- Valid driver’s license
