Job Summary
Senior On-Premise Market Execution Specialist responsible for executing local on-premise strategies, partnering with distributor management and Gold Network distributor partners to develop and implement localized business plans, drive distribution and retail execution of the beer portfolio, manage strategic accounts, build strong relationships with owners/operators, and ensure alignment with national and regional sales priorities. Requires travel to assigned markets, strong planning/execution skills, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to support annual business plan targets.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is required
- 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred)
- Complete understanding of the on-premise retail environment
- Working knowledge of the promotional marketing process
- Ability to travel a minimum of 20-30% of working time, including ability to drive up to 5 hrs
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to successfully work and achieve goals with a minimum amount of direction
