Job Summary
Senior Ombudsman role within AFCA's Small Business & Transactions and Banking & Finance teams. Lead and coach a team of Ombudsman and Adjudicators to deliver fair and consistent decisions on banking and finance disputes, with focus on small business or transactions-related issues. Requires significant Banking and Finance/Small Business experience, strong leadership, analytical ability, and effective communication. Hybrid working with two days per week in modern offices in Melbourne; opportunities to influence policy and industry standards, and to engage with industry and consumer groups.
