Job Summary
Senior Officer, Resource Mobilization Hub will coordinate GPA's capital use/demand by building and maintaining a prioritized pipeline of costed capital stacks, investable opportunities, fund mechanisms, and other capital needs. You will work with program and MP teams to translate priorities into investment-ready opportunities, develop a readiness framework, prioritize funds, and input pipeline data into DealFlow for real-time visibility. You will support deal teams with investments expertise, terminology, and negotiation input, coordinate with legal on deal structuring, and contribute to standardizing templates and processes across the RM Hub. The role includes travel up to 25% and involves collaborating across distributed teams to drive financing outcomes and alignment with strategic goals.
