Job Summary
Product Proposition team support for end-to-end product development in the Hong Kong market. Tasks include assisting in product development and materials preparation to ensure quality deliverables; monitoring HK and mainland insurance market trends; supporting target client research to identify product gaps; handling inquiries and issues on product-related matters. Requirements include a degree in Finance/Math/Statistics/Marketing or related disciplines, 2-3 years of life insurance experience, basic insurance-product knowledge, strong MS Office skills, strong research/analytical abilities, and fluent English and Chinese with strong communication. Strong proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset; a team-oriented attitude and responsibility. 5-day workweek with benefits and opportunities for career development. Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant life insurance experience in life insurance or financial industry
- Basic knowledge in insurance products
- Excellent knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proactive attitude; willing to think outside the box and put in the extra effort
- Committed team player with a great sense of responsibility
