Job Summary
Senior Officer, Process Engineering responsible for preventive, breakdown, and planned maintenance of OSD production equipment including RMG, FBD/FBP, high-shear blenders, multi-mill and co-mill systems, tablet compression and capsule filling machinery, coating systems, and electrical troubleshooting (HMI, PLC I/O, VFD/servo drives). Ensures minimal line stoppages and rapid restoration during breakdowns; supports GMP documentation (CC, deviation investigation, CAPA); assists installation/commissioning of new OSD equipment; manages vendor and spare parts; drives energy efficiency and continuous improvement; adheres to safety and statutory compliance.
