Job Summary
Senior Officer, Partnership Marketing Support responsible for managing and maintaining partnership-related data in internal systems, performing data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity, preparing regular reports to track partnership performance, developing and coordinating marketing collateral (flyers, newsletters, promotional materials), organizing and maintaining partnership documentation in digital and physical formats, and providing administrative and operational support for partnership marketing activities including campaign execution and coordination. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline and 3–6 years of relevant channel marketing or business support experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems; strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work with internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in channel marketing or business support functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data management systems
- Strong attention to detail with high standards of data accuracy and integrity
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsible, and independent work style
