Senior Officer, Health Provider Management

Job Summary
Senior Officer, Health Provider Management supports senior leaders in driving provider management projects and transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones, preparing updates and dashboards for management reviews, and providing administrative and coordination support. The role includes supporting system enhancement initiatives (requirement documentation, UAT coordination, issue tracking), engaging providers during rollout of new initiatives, analyzing data for decision-making, maintaining governance and SOP documentation, and continuously improving processes. Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership. Working arrangement is Hybrid in Hong Kong, with experience in healthcare operations and provider management leveraging project tracking tools and presentation/reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, provider management, or consulting
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to system implementation, UAT coordination, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience in healthcare insurance, provider networks, or claims operations is an advantage
