Senior Officer, E-Alliance

Job Summary
Acquire new B2B and B2B2C merchants while retaining existing alliance partners and drive quick marketplace launches by linking bank e-channels with partner e-products. Co-work with third parties to market e-banking services through roadshows, establish robust marketing plans, and promote ATM and POS solutions to increase channel usage. Manage merchant collection processes for cardholder payments, deploy QR Scan Pay/Transfer to outlets, and cross-sell related services such as virtual cards, insurance, and micro-loans. Support e-marketing activities by recommending future action plans and collaborating with the marketing department and mobile sales teams to drive acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related fields
- Bachelor's Degree in Business management, Banking/Finance, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken
- Ability to self-motivated and committed to work under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Computer literacy
- Good knowledge in financial banking e-products/e-services banking
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of e-product/e-service development processes i.e. SOP
- Possess knowledge in non-bank financial institutions, e.g insurance
