Job Summary
Assist to produce performance management report of the marketing teams; provide administrative support to Commercial Banking department; coordinate the business operations of CMB with other counterparties within Hong Kong Branch and the Group; provide customer service to customers; assist customers’ onboarding procedures, including but not limited to KYC review, account opening documentations, offer letter and related legal documents preparation, etc.; assist to obtain the required market data for business planning.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin. or relevant concentrations
- At least 5 years banking experience
- Experience in customer service/Middle Office/business support is preferable
- Good understanding in Banking operations and policies
- Able to communicate with different internal counterparties in relation to CMB daily operations
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Customer-oriented and a team player
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
