Senior Officer - Car Park (HK)

Job Summary
Support car park business initiatives, marketing activities, customer engagement programmes, and operational improvement projects. Coordinate with service contractors, property management teams, and internal stakeholders on report submissions, service records, and improvement items. Prepare, consolidate, and check regular reports including operational updates, performance tracking, and business analysis while maintaining accurate records. Follow up with internal departments, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of business support tasks. Assist with project coordination, logistics, documentation, communication, and implementation. Schedule internal meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and follow up with relevant parties. Perform any other duties and projects assigned by management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, property management, real estate, facilities management, operations management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business support, administration, property management, car park operations, facilities management or related fields
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, responsible and self-motivated, with good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good analytical and numerical sense, with the ability to prepare, check and consolidate operational reports and business information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Desired Qualifications
- Holder of a valid Driving Licence is preferred
- Holder of PMP Licence or relevant property management qualification will be an advantage
