Senior Officer (Business Development) at FWD Group is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and agents to achieve Employee Benefits sales targets, executing marketing initiatives to drive new business and meet targets, managing renewal portfolios, conducting client presentations and meetings, providing product training to brokers and agents, gathering market intelligence to enhance product competitiveness, and supporting business initiatives and product development. The role requires a degree and IIQAS licenses, with an established broker network preferred, plus strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
