Job Summary
Senior Officer, Branch Relationship Manager responsible for acquiring and engaging DBS clients with AUM ≥ INR 1 million, driving revenue through need-based cross-sell and up-sell of DBS products, and ensuring top-tier service with proactive relationship management. Key duties include expanding client wallets, achieving monthly/annual volume and revenue targets, activating e-channels (I-Banking, M-Banking, Online MF, Debit Card), implementing product strategies, building client trust, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with Service, Distribution, and Product teams. Requires strong knowledge of banking products, relationship-management skills, and ability to manage client segments up to the Treasures tier; location-based in Vadodara, India. DBS emphasizes digital banking growth, customer-centric service, risk and due-diligence in onboarding, and cross-functional teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed bank
- Proficient in banking products
- AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certification would be an added advantage
- BCSBI certification would be an added advantage
- Graduate(10+2+3)
