Job Summary
Senior Officer, Branch Relationship Manager responsible for acquiring and upgrading high-AUM clients (AUM >= INR 1 million) in the Kolkata region, driving Treasures segment penetration, deepening wallet share through cross-sell and up-sell, and ensuring exceptional service and regulatory compliance. Role involves activating e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking / Online MF / Debit Card), coordinating with Service and Product teams, delivering client satisfaction, and establishing DBS as the primary banker for clients in the local market. Must manage onboarding due diligence (AML/KYC) and maintain strong relationship management with clients and internal teams.
