Senior Officer, Branch Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Acquire and upgrade quality clients in the branch location areas to the Treasures segment, targeting individuals with an AUM of INR 1 million. Engage with existing customers to deepen wallet share through retention, growth, and cross-selling of deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, and credit cards. Drive monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives while ensuring activation of e-Channels and savings book growth. Resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed turnaround times, maintaining strict adherence to internal and regulatory compliance including AML, KYC, and risk reviews. Coordinate with Service and Product teams to deliver exemplary service standards and establish the bank as a primary provider in the local market.
