Job Summary
Senior Officer, Branch Relationship Manager in DBS Consumer Banking Group seeks to acquire and engage clients with AUM INR 1 million, drive revenue through cross-sell and up-sell of DBS products, manage and maintain high service levels through proactive client engagement, upgrade clients to Treasures segment, deepen wallet share with existing clients, activate e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking/ Online MF/Debit Card) and Savings Book growth, ensure compliance with DBS sales processes and risk reviews, collaborate with DBS Service, Distribution, and Product teams, and achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives in the Mumbai region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed bank
- proficient in banking products
- Graduate(10+2+3)
- AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage
