Job Summary
Senior Officer, Branch Operations Manager responsible for delivering volume and revenue by acquiring high-AUM clients (AUM >= INR 1 million), managing client relationships, cross-selling DBS products, ensuring service standards, regulatory compliance, activation of e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking/ Online MF/Debit Card) and Savings Book growth, onboarding with due diligence, and collaborating with Service, Distribution and Product teams to achieve monthly and annual targets while upholding DBS service standards and risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed bank
- AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage
