Senior Officer, Agency Recruitment

Job Summary
Assist in agency recruitment events, such as material preparation, logistic arrangement and event enrolment. Prepare promotional materials for recruitment events (poster and promotion email). Prepare and consolidate market data and company information for recruitment tools (recruitment brochure, rollup banner and recruitment leaflet). Coordinate with vendors, designers and technicians for event/workshop arrangements. Provide daily team administration support (e.g., payment processing).
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in insurance industry with experience in agency operations
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Sound understanding of insurance industry including basic insurance concepts, product knowledge, sales cycle and trends, agency culture and behaviors
- Sound business acumen and marketing sense
- Logical thinking
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
