Job Summary
Senior Office Administrator supports senior executives with travel arrangements, expense reporting, data collection for status reviews, creating, editing and maintaining electronic and written communications (memos, reports, presentations, organization charts) using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint. Roles include coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expense reports, screening and routing communications, prioritizing executive time, scheduling conference rooms, planning senior-level events, and providing guidance to less experienced staff. This role requires on-call support of the Executive Vice President, including off-hours, weekends and holidays, and emphasizes confidentiality, discretion, and superior judgment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or higher
- 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience working as an Office Administrator supporting a Vice President or President
- 3+ years of experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior level executives
- 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
