Senior OEM Account Manager

Job Summary
Senior OEM Account Manager at GCX responsible for owning day-to-day OEM accounts, maintaining strong communication with OEM buyers, and ensuring high service levels. Key duties include forecast alignment and sales visibility across forecasting cycles, demand and supply reconciliation, performance tracking (on-time delivery, fill rates, SLAs), escalation and issue resolution with internal teams, and end-to-end order management. Provides technical and operational support, supports New Product Development release coordination, and manages pricing quotations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in account management or OEM-facing roles; preferred experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated sectors; strong English communication; proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IFS preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer operations, or OEM-facing roles
- Familiarity with forecasting, sales planning, and cross-functional team communication
