Job Summary
Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders. Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to junior clinicians and students, and attend supervision and CPD training sessions. Contribute to and lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery. Full-time or part-time roles available in Leppington or surrounding areas with flexible hours and a balanced work style combining remote, community, and office work. Required Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 4 years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants
- Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students
