Senior Occupational Hygienist

Senior Occupational Hygienist sought to integrate industrial hygiene requirements into Bechtel’s Thacker Pass project planning, design, construction, and operations. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance on risk and hazard assessments, developing and implementing routine IH activities and IH plans, assisting in Safety and Health Management Plan development, participating in emergency response, engaging with stakeholders, advising engineering, construction, commissioning, subcontracts, and operations on IH requirements, conducting inspections, sampling and monitoring, tracking ES&H performance, and supporting ES&H team members across three disciplines. Requires strong regulatory research, technical writing, analytical skills, and the ability to work outdoors in a field environment; must be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and possess a CIH (or equivalent) certification and a valid driver’s license.
