Job Summary
Manage Order-to-Cash processes and financial controls within a specialized global healthcare finance team, leveraging fluent German and English to oversee international, multi-currency operations. Lead daily O2C activities, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable reconciliation, and compliance reporting using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Mentor junior staff and drive analytical problem-solving to optimize cash collection cycles and ensure accurate financial data integrity. Join a stable environment with a permanent contract following a three-month probation period, starting May 7, 2026, in Porto.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls & compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & reporting skills (Advanced Excel)
- Experience in international and multi-currency environments
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership & mentoring skills
- German (Fluent)
- English (C1 level)
