(Senior) O2C & Export Specialist – International Markets

Job Summary
Senior O2C & Export Specialist – International Markets based in Elsbethen, Salzburg. Own end-to-end order-to-cash processes for assigned international markets, manage export compliance, oversee transport planning and shipment execution, track shipments, handle invoicing, returns, and dunning activities, and drive process improvements across supply chain. Collaborate with subsidiaries, distribution partners, co-packers, 3PLs, and internal teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement, Data, Commercial) to optimize performance using data insights. Requires 5+ years in international O2C/export/supply chain and a university degree; SAP S/4HANA experience and strong analytical skills preferred. Fluent English; German is a plus. Salary minimum is disclosed per applicable collective agreement (EUR 2,535 gross/month) with compensation above this minimum based on market rates.
Required Qualifications
