Job Summary
Senior NVM Validation Engineer to participate in application code development, validation, technology/IP debugging, characterization and optimization of next-generation NVM technologies to meet performance and reliability targets for NXP products. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of device, design, verification, product/test, and reliability engineers to develop NVM technologies, contribute to IP definition and patent opportunities, support customer applications, and help develop infrastructure and methodologies. The role emphasizes hands-on validation/verification work, analytical problem-solving, and teamwork to identify root causes and innovative solutions for new issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
- 5+yrs working as a Validation, Verification, DfT or Test Engineer
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
- 5+ years working as a Validation, Verification, DfT or Test Engineer
- Experience with C/C++, Ruby, Python or LabVIEW is an advantage
- Experience with Automated Testers (Ultraflex), NI and bench equipment is an advantage
- Experience with JMP software is a plus
- Strong analytical, teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
