Senior Nursing Projects Manager - Neonatal Services

Develop project plans, goals, and objectives in collaboration with leadership to support strategic and operational goals for VUMC nursing. Coordinate team activities by assessing resources, creating timelines, and familiarizing yourself with system scope and project objectives. Communicate across departments to maximize information sharing on progress, needs, and interdependencies while assuring successful implementation of people, process, and systems changes. Lead small project teams, resolve complex problems, and manage personnel, facilities, and equipment resources for multiple concurrent projects. Identify and improve existing business processes to optimize quality and meet standards.
