Senior Nursing Aide (Seniors Services)

Job Summary
Provide frontline nursing support for seniors: measure vital signs, review records, identify changes in seniors’ physical well-being or behaviours and report to senior care staff; record communication notes and incident reports; assist with medication and care plans; provide first-line response to medical emergencies; perform ADL assistance (mobility, transfers, toileting, feeding, hydration, fall prevention); maintain infection control and cleanliness; offer training to team on transfers, toileting, and basic medical skills; support team with monitoring physical/mental health, planning and leading activities, serving meals, and transporting clients as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Full Registration with Singapore Nursing Board with valid Practicing Certificate
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) Certificate
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or dialects
- Able to drive (added advantage)
