Senior Nurse/ Nurse Manager/Clinician

Job Summary

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety. Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physical, emotional, and psychological needs while monitoring vital signs and treatment responses. Administer prescribed medications and treatments with accuracy, maintaining accurate patient records and incident reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and respond to emergency situations. Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hospital nursing experience and the ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
  • Registered Nurse license or eligible to apply for the license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as RN or EN
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing the best possible care to patients
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Unit Manager, Senior Nurse
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Nurse Clinician
  • Specialized experience in areas such as ICU, emergency, pediatrics, O&G, NICU, Oncology, or geriatrics
  • Supervision, Advanced Clinical Practice, Unit Operation Management, Team Management and Leadership role
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare-related software systems
  • Proficient in Malay, Tamil, and Chinese
