Senior Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department overseeing staff performance, staffing, hiring, orientation, and discipline; leads budgets and resources, performance improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice changes to ensure high-quality patient care. Builds a positive, inclusive work environment, mentors staff, and fosters interdisciplinary collaboration with patients, families, and other departments.
