Job Summary
This Senior NPI Engineer position focuses on solving complex problems, fostering collaboration with technical leads, and managing project timelines and quality in transferring product designs to commercial manufacturing processes. The role requires expertise in engineering disciplines and experience in project management within a Medical Device environment, specifically related to manufacturing processes for catheters. Candidates must possess a relevant bachelor's degree and have at least four years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Third level engineering qualification in Polymer, Biomedical, Mechanical, Design
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a Science / Technology / Engineering related discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation or equivalent)
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Project Management regarding new product introduction, preferably in a Medical Device environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Highly competent in manufacturing processes used for manufacturing catheters including extrusion, moulding, balloon forming, braiding, packaging and other assembly techniques.
