Job Summary
Senior Software Developer responsible for building and maintaining web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Python. You’ll collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams to align technology roadmap with long-term goals, participate in pair programming and code reviews, and focus on balancing aesthetics, scalability, and performance across fintech and media web apps. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, performant software in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong emphasis on security best practices and agile practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of developing highly performant and scalable web applications
- Proficiency with agentic workflows and AI-driven automation
- High level of proficiency in React, Next.js, Typescript, GraphQL and REST APIs
- Understanding of backend development using Python
- Experience with AWS
- Experience working with sophisticated application state, e.g. Apollo Client, Redux
- Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for Python applications
- Proven track record in high-performance teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with security best practices in web development
