Job Summary
Senior Neurovascular Sales Representative for West Poland focusing on Medtronic neurovascular products across assigned geographic accounts. Responsible for promoting and selling neurovascular devices, building and strengthening long-term relationships with interventional radiologists, neurologists, nurses, and KOLs, pursuing leads, providing clinical and technical support during cases, educating customers on product options, actively engaging in tender processes, conducting market research, managing inventory in collaboration with internal teams, developing market development strategies, representing Medtronic at industry events and conferences, and organizing trainings/workshops. Requires extensive medical device sales experience (2-3+ years), strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, and fluency in English and Polish.
