Job Summary
Senior Network Site Reliability Engineer responsible for strengthening reliability, availability, and scalability of Miro's production cloud infrastructure. Core focus areas include cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and related IaC tooling), and governance across AWS. You will build and lead CI/CD pipelines, implement automation and observability across infrastructure resources, manage incident response rotations in production, maintain and optimize Terraform code, and oversee load balancing (AWS ALB), CloudFront distributions, and Cloud WAN. The role emphasizes improving deployment, operation, observability, and governance for scalable AWS infrastructure, with opportunities to contribute ideas and drive cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, reliability, networking, or software engineering
- 6+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, Network Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, ALB, S3, Route 53, and CloudFront
- Confident networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, BGP, IPV6 and hands-on experience with AWS Cloud WAN
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and production operations
- Strong Linux skills and proficiency in Python, Bash, or another scripting/programming language
- Experience driving cross-functional projects from concept to delivery in Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and network issues
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams
