Senior Network Reliability Engineer

Job Summary
Own the reliability, performance, and availability of Azure and hybrid network services, acting as the senior escalation point for major incidents and complex technical issues. Design and enhance Azure networking, connectivity, and security solutions while supporting and optimizing technologies including F5 BIG-IP, Cisco ASA, Check Point, Zscaler, and SD-WAN. Drive network modernization, simplification, and automation initiatives by implementing monitoring, Infrastructure as Code, and operational best practices. Partner with Cloud, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions, leading incident resolution from identification through to resolution. Mentor fellow engineers while balancing delivery pace with security, resilience, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Azure networking and hybrid connectivity
- Enterprise networking, including routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, DNS and VPNs
- F5 BIG-IP, Cisco ASA, Check Point and Zscaler
- Network security, segmentation and Zero Trust principles
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, Ansible or scripting
- Supporting production environments and leading incident resolution
