Senior Network Engineer

Senior Network Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and managing IT Systems across Simmons Bank IT Infrastructure. Leads troubleshooting of complex technical issues, designs and deploys new technologies and enhancements, and coordinates with technical and business leaders to achieve results. Provides training and mentorship to level 1 and 2 engineers, maintains expert knowledge through multiple certifications, ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and develops technical documentation. Strong emphasis on collaboration, problem solving, and alignment with banking processes and regulatory requirements.
