Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and evolve the network infrastructure while proactively anticipating problems to ensure high system availability. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive measures, automating operational tasks to optimize existing processes. Lead technical initiatives as a reference in advanced troubleshooting, guaranteeing effective integration of multi-vendor solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and technical stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery. Requires five years of networking experience in complex environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and certifications such as CCNP or CCIE. Hybrid schedule with a maximum of three office days per week based in Lisbon.
Required Qualifications
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em networking em ambientes complexos
- Forte domínio de troubleshooting avançado e diagnóstico de redes
- Experiência em automação de processos e integração de soluções multi-vendor
- Capacidade de liderança técnica e tomada de decisão autónoma
- Certificações CCNP, CCNA, CCIE e/ou ITIL
- Metodologia de trabalho: Híbrido (máximo de 3 vezes por semana no escritório)
- Localização: Lisboa
