Senior Network Architect

Own end-to-end network architecture across planning, design, deployment, modernization, and retirement for Rockwell Automation's global infrastructure. Define and maintain global network architecture standards and reference designs while designing scalable, resilient solutions across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments. Drive adoption of network automation and network-as-code, including CI/CD-based deployment models, and partner with engineering and operations teams to automate configuration and lifecycle activities. Serve as senior technical authority for complex design decisions and lead proactive lifecycle activities such as software currency and platform modernization. Participate in complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical network issues while collaborating closely with Network Security to ensure architectures meet security and regulatory requirements. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior IT Manager, Global Network, with a hybrid schedule based on Rockwell's policy requiring onsite presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
