Job Summary
Senior Network AM & PM responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing end-to-end network projects. Roles span business development, solution architecture, and project/account management within a fast-paced IT/network environment. Key duties include leading WAN/LAN/network security design and quoting, negotiating with telecom carriers, managing full project lifecycle, incident support, RCA implementations, and regular client performance reviews, with heavy emphasis on translating technical concepts into business outcomes. Requires 10+ years of IT/network experience, strong WAN/LAN/security knowledge, and bilingual English/Korean proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT/network industry
- Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, and network security infrastructure
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions
- Experience with technical proposals, client presentations, and negotiations
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bilingual (English / Korean) required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
