Job Summary
Manage LAN/WAN installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization within a quickly-evolving network topology. Deploy configurations, monitor usage, and perform security audits while ensuring data integrity through backup and recovery procedures. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for infrastructure issues, design disaster recovery plans, and create documentation. Guide staff on procedures and priorities while recommending software upgrades and researching emerging protocols. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance effects on system availability. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 2-5 years of network management experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum of two to five (2-5) years of progressive experience in network management

- Experience reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
