Senior Network Administrator

Job Summary
Senior Network Administrator leads architecture/design for global enterprise network infrastructure, escalates Tier-3 issues, drives major infrastructure projects (data center migrations, cloud integrations), champions NetDevOps/automation, enforces security baselines and compliance, manages vendor relationships, and mentors junior staff. Requires advanced routing, switching, data center and security expertise, experience with SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls (Fortigate/Palo Alto), and strong certification/degree background.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Active expert-level certifications (e.g., CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure/Data Center, CCNP Enterprise, Fortinet NSE 7/8) or equivalent proven experience
- Experience with OSPF multi-area, BGP (iBGP/eBGP) with complex route policies, and large-scale SD-WAN
- Data center technologies: Cisco Nexus NX-OS, VXLAN, vPC, QoS
- Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto NGFW configurations and HA
- PKI, TLS/SSL, IPsec VPNs (site-to-site and remote-access)
- Wireless infrastructure (WLCs, 802.1X, RADIUS)
- Automation/DevOps: Python, Ansible, Terraform for network automation
- Network security governance aligned with ISO 27001/NIST
- On-call rotation and capability to perform high-risk maintenance
- Mentorship and SOP development
