Job Summary
Senior Network Administrator responsible for planning, implementing, operating and maintaining end-user systems, servers and network infrastructure as well as all telecommunication systems within Agricorp. In this role you will ensure availability and integrity of desktops and networks, provide complex network support and resolutions, perform upgrades, patch management, backups and disaster-recovery support; collaborate with database, mainframe and security teams to determine server security needs; support enterprise telephony infrastructure; manage software licenses and renewals; participate in on-call 24-hour support; maintain strong working relationships with staff and management across the division.
Required Qualifications
- 3-year college diploma with a focus on IT technology
- Proven experience with end desktops, servers, and networked computing environments
- 5 - 7 years of technical experience in computer networking
- 3-5 years customer service experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Active Directory; Microsoft Outlook; networking switches and devices; SAN architecture, HP Servers and Windows 2008-12 platforms, Virtualization –Hyper V & VMWare.
