Senior NetSuite Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations within NetSuite using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x. Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems via SuiteTalk, REST, and SOAP APIs. Develop saved searches, workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business visibility. Create custom records, fields, forms, roles, and permissions. Develop RESTlets, Suitelets, and scheduled scripts for automation. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Support ERP optimization across Financials, Order Management, and Inventory modules. Assist with data migration, CSV imports, and ongoing system maintenance. Troubleshoot system issues, debug scripts, and implement sustainable resolutions. Maintain clear documentation and ensure security, compliance, and best practices. Full-time onsite role in Chesterfield, Mo. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of NetSuite development experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years of NetSuite development experience in a business or consulting environment
- Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x
- Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)
- Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, Order Management, and Inventory
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and related web technologies
- Experience with data migration, CSV imports, and system configuration support
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects

Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or SuiteCloud Developer
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Experience developing Advanced PDF/HTML templates
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced cross-functional environments
