Senior NetSuite Developer, Finance Systems (Manila)

Job Summary
Own NetSuite development supporting month-end close across six markets, building SuiteScript routines, scheduled jobs, saved searches, and workflows that reduce manual effort and shorten close timelines. Translate finance and accounting requirements into well-designed solutions, understanding how changes flow through the General Ledger, sub-ledgers, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency postings. Take scoped initiatives from concept to production, providing input into FRDs and TRDs while pushing back where designs create accounting or audit risk. Build, test, and deploy SuiteScript 2.x customizations aligned with NetSuite best practice and the OneWorld multi-subsidiary structure. Partner with the wider Systems team across AU and the UK to keep the platform coherent, mentoring junior members through code review and testing standards. Report to the Senior Manager - Business Systems, collaborating daily with Finance and two UK-based NetSuite developers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development

Desired Qualifications
- Sydney is a strong plus given proximity to the Finance team
- Experience in a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency NetSuite OneWorld environment
- particularly through audit, statutory reporting, or system migrations
- Exposure to SuiteScript-adjacent tooling such as Celigo, BigQuery exports, or accounting-relevant integrations into Stripe, Airwallex, or Shopify
- Prior experience working alongside a distributed systems or finance-systems team across multiple time zones
