Senior NetSuite Applications Administrator

Job Summary
Administer, sustain, and evolve Five9's NetSuite deployment, managing user setup, roles, permissions, and security controls. Support NetSuite Financials including General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-Book Accounting, SuiteTax, and AP/AR while applying GAAP concepts to configure customizations and workflows. Troubleshoot operational issues across NetSuite and adjacent finance applications like Ramp, Coupa, and HighRadius, ensuring data integrity and integration stability. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to support period-end close activities, audits, and financial reporting needs. Manage NetSuite releases, sandbox testing, and configuration deployments while documenting best practices for platform governance. Work hours partially overlap with US Pacific time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite and other financial applications
- NetSuite certification is required (e.g., NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite ERP Consultant)
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite Financials, including General Ledger, ARM, Multi-Book Accounting, SuiteTax, AP/AR, and Fixed Assets
- Solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting concepts
- Experience supporting other finance applications such as Ramp, Coupa, HighRadius, or similar expense management, procurement, or AR automation tools
- Familiarity with NetSuite's customization and extension layers, including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteApps
- Must be able to work hours that partially overlap with US Pacific time
