Senior NetSuite Administrator & Architect

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end NetSuite architecture, including module landscape, data model, and multi-year technical roadmap. Lead configuration decisions, enforce configure-before-customize standards, and set technical standards for contractors and vendors. Manage integration patterns, API governance, and authentication while monitoring endpoints and error handling. Design security roles, maintain segregation of duties, and audit access to sensitive financial and employee data. Configure workflows, enable modules across finance, manufacturing, and HRIS, and automate manual tasks using native functionality. Execute release cycles, coordinate with Oracle ACS, and validate customizations before production deployment. Monitor performance, manage backups, and document recovery procedures to ensure platform stability. Build dashboards and KPIs for reporting while partnering with stakeholders to drive system improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive ERP experience
- 5+ years administering NetSuite in a production environment
- 2+ years as the senior or lead administrator
- Manufacturing or physical-product environment experience
- Demonstrated ownership of the NetSuite security model
- Experience running NetSuite release cycles and sandbox-to-production change management
- Ability to read and evaluate SuiteScript and workflows
- Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with other business systems
- Experience protecting a business-critical SaaS platform
- A track record of working directly with finance, operations, and manufacturing stakeholders
- Proven hands-on experience across NetSuite configuration
- Proven hands-on experience across role and permission design
- Proven hands-on experience across at least one of manufacturing/inventory/order-to-cash at scale
- Proven hands-on experience across saved searches and dashboards
- Proven hands-on experience across master data management
- Proven hands-on experience across sandbox strategy
- Proven hands-on experience across integration platforms
- Proven hands-on experience across API governance
- Proven hands-on experience across performance management
- On-site location
- Leesport, PA or Fort Myers, FL location
- Up to 10–15% travel
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite certification — SuiteFoundation, Certified Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteAnalytics
- SuiteCommerce Advanced or dealer/partner portal exposure
- Experience managing an Oracle ACS relationship or equivalent managed-services engagement
- Exposure to a CRM or HCM implementation running alongside NetSuite
