Senior .NET Software Engineer - Vilnius, Lithuania

Senior .NET Software Engineer responsible for owning a multi-module .NET platform end-to-end, building integrations for background screening and HR workflows, and advancing agentic development with AI tools. You will operate and evolve the platform, lead design reviews, mentor teammates, write design docs, and collaborate with customers and product teams to ship customer-driven features with automated tests and CI gates. This is a builder's role with autonomy in a hybrid Vilnius, Lithuania environment.
